You Can Now Tag Your Teammates in AskNicely

In other words, business growth hinges on your ability to deliver amazing experiences. And improving on those experiences requires a constant stream of feedback to your team.

What if you could funnel customer feedback to the right people so they can take the right action in real time?  

Work as a Team

We really wanted to provide an easy way to get your entire organization across feedback from your customers, and easily escalate action items to the right team members. So we’ve made it possible for you to add a note and tag a team member using @ and their name, and they’ll get notified (by email or push notification).

How It Works

Let’s say you get an NPS rating of 7 from a customer requesting a feature update.

Now you can just tag a responsible teammate by using the “@” symbol followed by their name. That teammate will get a mobile push notification in the AskNicely mobile app and via email that they have been tagged in the conversation. 


Now it’s far easier to escalate feedback that needs instant action or to congratulate a teammate on a job well done.  Learn all about it here.
