CX Digests to help you act on insights

CX Digests are your customer experience pulse check, cutting through the noise to highlight key metrics and insights on a weekly or monthly basis. Starting in July, these CX Digests are getting an upgrade.

What’s changing?

CX Digests have been redesigned to better serve AskNicely customers. The new digests offer more value for those looking to get the most out of their AskNicely account. The goal is to help every member of your business make decisions more easily, identify areas for improvement quickly, and take action based on real-time feedback.

Role-based personalization

We’ve enhanced email digests with role-based personalization, so every team member, whether a location manager, office lead, or frontline employee, receives the insights most relevant to their role. This update ensures that key information is surfaced quickly and clearly to those who need it most. We heard your feedback and made changes to improve clarity and control. Digests will now be set up directly from the user role page by admins, making configuration more intuitive. Individual users can also manage their own preferences, subscribing or unsubscribing at any time, through their My Settings page.

Spotlighted trends

The layout of digests will be changing too. The new design will help spotlight trends, view key actions, and prompt next steps. That way, team members are never wondering what’s changed or what they should do next. 

Transform-specific features

AskNicely users on the Transform plan will get an exclusive update. Their plans will include Focus Area progress and themes. This will help bring coaching, recognition, and accountability all into view with just one snapshot right within the digest.

Where to see these new digests

If you already receive CX Digests monthly or weekly, there’s no action for you to take! The updates will be made automatically. You’ll notice the new changes in July. If you aren’t already subscribed to CX Digests, you can head to your settings to turn them on for you and your team. Learn more here.
