You can find steps on how to get set up, answers to most FAQs about the platform, as well as useful tips and tricks within the AskNicely help center. You can access the help center through the Help widget in the platform or via asknicely.zendesk.com/hc at any time.

Chat is available in the platform Help widget for signed-in users between 8am-6pm PST Monday to Friday. Outside of chat hours, you can leave a message using the same widget to submit a ticket and we'll get back to you when we're back online.
