When we get a "great" score I love giving my crew a shout out for a job well done...that's a true SHINE moment! "Automated, easy, affordable, reliable!"

What do you like best?
Everything is automated. It gives us a chance to get feedback from clients on a regular basis and catch issues before they escalate without any effort. This software can easily do the job that would take possibly an FTE at a big company. I can't stress enough how much we love AskNicely. It gives us quantitative results and with a high response rate since clients can give responses with one click within their email.
