Break out the champagne, this calls for a celebration! AskNicely took home the honor of Emerging Company of the Year at this year’s NZ Hi-Tech Awards held during Tech Week in Christchurch, NZ. The Hi-Tech Awards recognize New Zealand’s most successful technology companies and the individuals behind them, and is one of the most sought-after awards in the tech sector. With almost 29,000 technology companies in New Zealand, and past Hi-Tech winners including Xero, Pushpay, Vend, and GreenButton, AskNicely is in very good — and very humbling — company. In the judges’ opinion, “AskNicely had a very strong entry covering every aspect of what fuels and makes a Kiwi success story on the international stage. With over 1 million customer surveys per week, and supporting big brands like Shimano, JetStar, Reddit, and of course our very own Xero, AskNicely is a company to watch. . . . Congratulations to this high-growth, ultra-passionate, globally-focused young company which is a worthy winner of the 2018 Emerging Company of the Year award.”Our Auckland team was in attendance to accept the accolade, dressed to the nines (and looking mighty fine, if we do say so ourselves). Watch our finalist feature video below!

We are beyond proud to receive this award from such a prestigious organization. Congratulations to our team, and thank you to all of our amazing customers who inspire us to do better every day. Cheers!
