
The first three months of 2026 were big for AskNicely and its users. Our teams worked hard to release new and impactful features to help users get more out of the feedback and reviews they’re collecting from their customers.

With a new year came the same energy to continuously update and improve AskNicely. This led to some significant additions to the product, the largest being our latest release, Ask NiceAI®.
But Recovery Surveys and Survey Reports were also at the top of our lists to give users access to features they had asked for. Here are the Q1 product updates and releases we made:
One of the biggest releases in AskNicely history happened this quarter, with the release of Ask NiceAI®. This addition to our NiceAI features allows users to get even more out of their customer feedback and review data with an AI-powered chat feature embedded right in the product.
AskNicely users can now use Ask NiceAI to query their feedback, then watch as NiceAI analyzes surveys, reviews, and location data to surface insights, help guide action, and orchestrate AI agents.
With Ask NiceAI, users can ask questions of their customer data in natural language and then instantly visualize trends, CX performance, and drivers of churn. Dynamic charts and on-the-fly analysis can help offer deeper insights and uncover unknown patterns.

You asked, and we delivered. Recovery Surveys are now available to users who want to resend surveys to their customers once an issue has been resolved to allow for updated scoring. We know how much our users value their NPS and CSAT scores, and wanted to ensure that their hard customer experience work was paying off.

This feature replaces manual score editing with a validated, customer-driven process. The new Recovery Survey feature allows for:

For users who want to dive deep into their customer surveys, there’s Survey Report. This feature provides dedicated performance analysis for a single, specific survey template.
