Eligibility Participation in the AskNicely Referral Program ("Program") is available exclusively to current AskNicely customers ("Referrers") with an active subscription in good standing.
Referral Submission Referrers may submit potential new customers ("Referrals") to AskNicely by completing the official referral form or utilizing the designated referral platform provided by AskNicely. Referrals must include accurate contact information and relevant business details.
Eligible Referrals 3.1. To qualify for Program rewards, Referrals must: • Not currently be customers of AskNicely; • Have a genuine business interest and demonstrable need for AskNicely’s SaaS customer feedback solution; • Complete a qualifying action, such as completing a demo or purchasing a subscription to an AskNicely service within 365 days; • Meet additional eligibility criteria established solely by AskNicely. 3.2. AskNicely reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine Referral eligibility.
Non-Eligible Referrals 4.1. The following Referrals are not eligible for Program rewards: • Existing AskNicely customers; • Competitors, affiliates, or partners of AskNicely; • Entities that fail to meet the eligibility criteria defined by AskNicely. • Please note: Self-referrals and referrals submitted without the knowledge or consent of the referred party are strictly prohibited.
Program Rewards Referrers become eligible for rewards ("Rewards") based on the following conditions: 5.1. Demo Reward: 5.1.1. Referrer receives a $100 USD gift card if the Referral schedules and completes a demo. 5.1.2. The Referral must meet these criteria to be qualified: • Possess purchasing authority; • Be affiliated with a business in an eligible services industry; • Represent a company with at least 100 employees. 5.1.3. The Referrer may select the beneficiary of the gift card or choose to donate the reward value to a charitable organization. 5.1.4. Gift card options and donation partners are subject to availability. 5.2. Subscription Reward: 5.2.1. If the Referral subscribes to a paid AskNicely plan, the Referrer receives a reward equal to 10% of the Referral’s first-year contract value. 5.2.2. This reward is applied as a one-time credit toward the Referrer’s next AskNicely invoice.
Reward Distribution Rewards shall be distributed according to conditions set forth by AskNicely. Payment methods may include cash, credits applicable to future invoices, or other forms determined by AskNicely. Referrers are responsible for all applicable taxes or fees arising from Reward receipt. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated by AskNicely.
Program Abuse and Misconduct AskNicely reserves the right to disqualify Referrers or Referrals and withhold rewards if any fraudulent, manipulative, abusive, or other inappropriate conduct is suspected or discovered. Examples include, but are not limited to, creating fake accounts, submitting referrals without consent, or misrepresenting eligibility. AskNicely may pursue legal actions as necessary to address misconduct.
Program Modification or Termination AskNicely may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any of its components at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on the AskNicely website.
Confidentiality Referrers must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Program-related information, including referral specifics, reward details, and any other confidential information disclosed by AskNicely. Disclosure to third parties requires prior written approval from AskNicely. This obligation survives the termination of participation in the Program.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Multnomah County, Oregon. Any disputes related to the Program will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
Privacy and Data Use All personal information—if any—collected through the Program will be handled in accordance with AskNicely’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.asknicely.com/privacy. By participating in the Program, Referrers represent that they have obtained the necessary consent from their Referrals to share such information.
By participating in the AskNicely Referral Program, Referrers explicitly agree to these terms and conditions.
